Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil
1/4 cup Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
2 tbsp Milanese Gremolata Infused Olive Oil
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 crushed garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together until blended
Add to fresh romaine,croutons, bacon, and sliced mushrooms toss and serve or add chicken and place in a wrap or pita pocket.
