The natural herb oil extracts and the slightest hint of fresh garlic have been combined with Premium extra virgin olive oil base to create an inspired olive oil of the highest culinary standard. Top notes of dried basil, marjoram, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and crushed red pepper create a flavour explosion that is both balanced and harmonious. This classic olive oil is great for everyday use but especially delicious with grilled vegetables and in a summer pasta salad.

For 1 portion or 5 oz of meat, use 1 tbsp of Oil and 1 tbsp of Oil Balsamic. Seal together in a container and let stand 30 minutes or longer.

Seafood

For 1 portion or 5 oz of seafood, use 1 tbsp of Oil and 1 tbsp of Balsamic. Seal together in a container and let stand 30 minutes or longer.
Salad

Salad

Drizzle 1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Flavoured Olive Oil combined with 1 tsp of White or Dark Balsamic over single portion size salad.

Use 1 tbsp of Olive Oil for 1 cup rice to 1.5 cups water. Toss with finished pasta 1 tbsp of Olive Oil for every one cup of pasta. For roasted potatoes use 1 tbsp of Olive Oil. For 1 portion of mashed potatoes (5 pounds peeled and mashed) use 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin or Flavoured Olive Oil.

Use 1 tbsp of Olive Oil and 1 tbsp of Balsamic per 1 cup of roasted or sautéed vegetables. For every 1 cup of steamed vegetables, toss on 1 tsp of Olive Oil and 1 tsp of Balsamic.

    Staff told me that this was their most popular flavoured olive oil. I can see why. I now use it for everything–salads (with traditional balsamic) and scrambled eggs and roasted veggies.

    My “Go-To” olive oil for everything! Drizzle on baby potatoes before roasting, not only delicious but the whole house will smell amazing!

    This is my favourite EVO. It works with so many things. I pair it with cranberry pear balsamic with a dash of Dijon for the most amazing salad dressing.
