An all-around staple in the Mediterranean diet, this vinegar pairs nicely with just about any infused or Premium EVOO. Whether you add a splash in homemade lemon curd, use it in a vinaigrette to dress kale, or reduce it and brush it on a warm bundt or pound cake, our Sicilian Lemon balsamic will surely give a fresh sweet-tart lemon kick to all your favourites.

Olive Oil Pairings: Basil, Cayenne, Garlic, Gremolata, Herbes de Provence, Persian Lime, Super Premium EVOO, Tuscan Herb, Toasted Sesame Seed

IDEAS:

  • Combine with your favorite olive oil to marinate pork, poultry, seafood or vegetables.
  • Combine with Basil olive oil and drizzle over pasta, add diced tomatoes, grilled zucchini, fresh herbs and shavings of Parmigiano-Reggiano.
  • Combine with Tuscan Herb olive oil to dress sautéed peas, carrots, pearl onions and minced herbs and serve as a warm or cold side dish.
  • Combine with Italian Lemon olive oil and drizzle over steamed vegetables; this is especially delicious with green beans.
  • Use to make the most delicious lemon sorbet or granita.
  • Add to sparkling water for a refreshing thirst quencher.

For 1 portion or 5 oz of seafood, use 1 tbsp of Oil and 1 tbsp of Balsamic. Seal together in a container and let stand 30 minutes or longer.

Drizzle 1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fused Olive Oil or Infused Olive Oil combined with 1 tsp of White or Dark Balsamic over single portion size salad.
Vegetables

Vegetables

Use 1 tbsp of Olive Oil and Balsamic per 1 cup of roasted or sautéed vegetables. For every 1 cup of steamed vegetables, toss on 1 tsp of Olive Oil and 1 tsp of Balsamic.

    Like the description says above, this is an extremely versatile balsamic. I use it in my salads, veggies, chicken and even in my sparkling water. It is amazing paired with Tuscan Herb olive oil. It adds a light, crisp flavor that you will love!
