Caesar Dressing
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1/4 cup Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
2 tbsp Milanese Gremolata
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 crushed garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together until blended.
Add to fresh romaine, croutons, bacon, and sliced mushrooms.
Toss and serve.
