Summer Salad with Raspberry & Sesame Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons Aged Raspberry Balsamic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Roasted Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
fresh ground black pepper to taste
1/3 cup slivered toasted almonds
1/3 cup crumbled feta or Cherve cheese
2 cups of your favourite greens
Directions:

Place greens in a serving bowl.

Whisk the raspberry balsamic, half the almonds, salt, pepper, and mustard in a small bowl.  Whisk in the sesame oil to emulsify just before serving.  Adjust seasoning if needed.

Gently dress greens with vinaigrette and top with remaining almonds and cheese.
