Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese
1 cup favourite or homemade Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup frozen drained spinach
1/2 cup drained diced artichoke hearts
1 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
1 tsp Neapolitan Herb Balsamic
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a oven safe bowl
Reserve some cheddar for top of dip and heat through in oven .
Serve with favourite naan or baked tortilla chip.
