Rosemary Crackers


2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup warm water

1/3 cup Rosemary Olive Oil

EVOO for drizzle

Fresh rosemary

Flor de Sel (Saltwest Salts found at Olive Oil Co)


Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, water, and Rosemary Olive Oil together in a bowl to create the dough for the crackers. The dough should be rolled out thinly covering the parchment lined cookie sheet.

Add the Flor de Sel salt and some fresh rosemary and a drizzle of your favourite EVOO.

Cut the dough into squares with a sharp knife or a pizza wheel.

Bake at 425 degrees for 12-14 minutes, until the crackers turn golden and crispy.  Serve with your favourite spread or on a charcuterie board.
