Penne with Brie and Basil

12 oz. penne
2 tsps. crushed garlic
1 cup red onions, chopped
3 oz. Brie cheese, diced
2/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
3 tbsps. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
2 tbsps.  Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
½ tsp. pepper


Cook pasta in boiling water until soft. Rinse with cold water, drain, and place in a serving bowl.

Add garlic, onions, cheese, basil, olive oil, balsamic and pepper.

Toss well and serve.

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
Makes: 4-6 servings
