Chicken with Panchetta and Premium White Balsamic

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
4 sprigs of fresh sage
12 slices pancetta
20 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup EVOO
1/4 cup Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees lay one sprig of sage on each chicken breast. Wrap each chicken breast and sage in 3 slices of pancetta. Lay in casserole dish.

Place tomatoes around chicken breasts evenly in dish.

Add the EVOO and Premium White Balsamic Vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Cook in oven at for 35 minutes.

Serve with green beans, or beget able of choice, and sauteed potatoes.
