Caprese Salad
Ingredients:
10-12 bocconcini cheese
2 chopped tomatoes
4-5 fresh torn basil leaves
2 tbsp Traditional Balsamic
2 tbsp Basil Olive Oil
Fresh ground pepper
Pinch sea salt
Directions:
In a small bowl add bocconcini, Traditional Balsamic, Basil Olive Oil and marinate for 20 minutes .
Dice tomatoes add to bowl with bocconcini and fresh basil , salt and pepper and serve.
