This oil is fantastic. I just made the most exquisite simple pasta using this as a dressing with some cherry tomatoes and shrimp – it was out of this world! The oil is so rich and flavourful and the basil comes through beautifully but is not overpowering. Perfect for this kind of dish, and would make a phenomenal bread dip. Love it!
