Caprese Goat Cheese Salad
Basil Olive Oil
Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Slice some tomatoes and arrange on a platter (an alternating combination of yellow, orange and red tomatoes looks lovely). Top with crumbled goat cheese and scatter with pieces of fresh torn basil. Drizzle generously with Basil Olive Oil and Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper to finish.
