Basil Sunflower Seed Pesto

Ingredients:

1/2 cup raw shelled sunflower seeds (soak in water overnight)
2 garlic cloves
2 cups (packed) arugula leaves
1 cup (packed) fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 (Or you could try Basil Olive Oil)
2 teaspoons Innisfil Creek Honey
 (Purchase at Barrie Olive Oil)
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Canadian Sea Salt (Purchase at Barrie Olive Oil)

Directions

Purée… et voila!
