Roasted Walnut and Red Apple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts
1 pound brussels sprouts, cut in half
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Roasted Walnut Oil
3 tablespoons Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
5 slices smoked bacon diced
1 minced garlic clove
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut off the ends of the brussels sprouts. Cut brussels sprouts in half. Place sprouts, bacon and garlic in a medium bowl, toss with Roasted Walnut Oil and 2 tbsp Red Apple Balsamic.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Place sprouts, bacon and garlic on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 25 minutes or until sprouts are tender. Make sure you stir them a couple of times while they are roasting. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and add remaining Red Apple Balsamic for drizzle and serve.
