Complements: ​ Vinaigrettes, Marinades for Pork and Turkey, Winter Squash, Root Vegetables, Leafy Greens, Cheese, Chutneys and Pastries

Ideas:
● Combine with Porcini Mushroom & Sage olive oil to baste and inject into turkey
