A-Premium White Balsamic Poppy Seed Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup A-Premium White Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup local unpasterized honey (We sell Innisfil Creek Honey at Barrie Olive Oil)
1/4 – 1/2 cup poppy seeds
choice of greens enough 4 servings
1 cup pea shoots
salt and pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients cover and refrigerate for an hour or more to let the flavours marinate.
Pour mixed dressing over favorite greens and top with pea shoots and serve.
