Pizza Dough

No Fail Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

11 oz warm water

1 3/4 tsp yeast

1 tsp sugar

Mix together in a large bowl and let sit until yeast foams

Add 4 cups of flour and 1.5 tsp of salt

Add 1/2 cup of Olive Oil Co. Pizza Oil

Knead together until smooth

Put in oven with oven light on or on a bowl of hot water

Let rise at least 1 hour

Spread into 2 large round pans and let rise again if time permits

 

 

Directions:

In a large bowl mix together the warm water, yeast and sugar.

Let sit until yeast foams.

Add flour, salt and Pizza Oil. Knead together until smooth.

Put in oven, with oven light on or on a bowl of hot water, let rise at least 1 hour.

Spread into 2 large round pans and let rise again if time permits.

Top with toppings of choice and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
