Ole Guacamole

Ingredients:

1 clove fresh garlic, crushed and finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1 cup diced tomato
2 ripe avocados, medium sized
fresh ground pepper and salt (about 2 pinches each)
2 tsp of Persian Lime Olive Oil

Directions

Prepare and combine all ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips!

Tip: Save the pit and leave it in the guacamole to maintain freshness and prevent discoloration!

Prep: 10 minutes
Makes:  1 ½ – 2 cups
