Mango Chipotle Sweet Heat Salad

2 cups mango
¾ cup red pepper
½ cup onion
½ cup green pepper
1 seedless English cucumber
3 tbsp. Whole Fruit Mango Balsamic
2 tbsp. Chipotle Olive Oil
2 tsp. crushed garlic
½ cup chopped coriander or parsley


Cut the mango and all the vegetables into thin strips and put in large bowl.

Blend the balsamic, olive oil, garlic and coriander then pour over fruit and vegetable mix. Toss well and serve.

Prep: 15  minutes
Makes: 6 servings
