Herbes de Provence Chicken Breast Stuffed with Feta

Ingredients:

2-4 boneless chicken breasts

1/2 – 1 cup of feta cheese

Herbes de Provence Olive Oil

1 cup cooked drained spinach

Salt, pepper, and other seasonings.

Directions

 

Preheat your oven to 450F.

Slice your chicken breasts lengthwise to create a pouch.

Place an even layer of feta and spinach in the pouch you have cut.  Pull the chicken securely over the feta and spinach.

Place your chicken breasts on a baking sheet and coat them with Herbes de Provence Olive Oil

Season with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings (extra herbes de provence seasoning, oregano, etc).

Cook for 20-25 minutes.
