This is my go-to flavour for most meat marinades. I use herbes de Provence for almost every chicken and pork dish I make – it is my fiance’s favourite flavour! The herbs balance beautifully together in this oil for a versatile yet very unique product. It also goes really well with apricot balsamic vinegar for a killer salad dressing.

This olive oil is wonderful with Sicilian lemon balsamic or pomegranate balsamic as the perfect salad dressing and I use it on my turkey for Thanksgiving dinner. I travelled to France about 10 years ago and the fragrance and taste of this oil perfectly replicates that authentic French blend. It takes me right back there!
