Easy Flatbread

Ingredients:
3 cups all- purpose flour
2 tablespoons of kosher salt
1 tsp quick rising yeast
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup warm water
5 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil

Directions:

Place flour, salt, yeast and baking powder in bowl and mix well.  Make well in mixture and add warm water with 3 tablespoons of Garlic Olive Oil.  Make sure all is well combined turn onto a well floured surface and kneed 8-10 minutes. Continue adding flour to prevent sticking.

Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with tea towel allow dough to proof for 10 minutes.  Punch down dough and knead.  Shape into flat round divide into 6-8 1 inch high rounds.

Drizzle with remainder 2 tbsp infused garlic olive oil and kosher salt.

Preheat oven to 400 cook 10-12 minutes and serve warm
