Dill and Shallot Green Beans

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Wild Dill Olive Oil
1 large bunch of fresh green beans
3 shallots diced
1 garlic clove minced

Directions:

Blanch green beans in boiling water for 30 seconds.  Add to ice water to stop cooking process.

In a sauté pan add Wild Dill Olive Oil, shallots and garlic and sauté.  Add green beans and warm.

Serve with favourite dish.
