Asparagus with Fig and Goat Cheese
Ingredients:
1 package of proscuitto
24 spears asaragus trimmed and washed
250 gram package of goat cheese
2 tbsp Fig Balsamic
Directions
Mix Fig Balsamic with goat cheese until smooth. Spread goat cheese mixture on prosciutto. Wrap slices around 2 or 3 asparagus spears. Arrange wrapped spears in a single layer on a medium baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until asparagus is tender.
