Our Rosé balsamic condimento is an exclusive product – a first to market! Made from Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grape variety, it truly boasts an impressive grape pedigree and highlights everything we enjoy about rosé wine: bright acidity and soft, subtle aromas of crabapple, watermelon, raspberries, strawberries, and wet stone. This grape variety produces earthy, but elegant wines that translate beautifully into a well-balanced, clean, cool, crisp and dry vinegar. For a delicious vinaigrette, combine it with your favourite olive oil and Dijon mustard. The velvety consistency will lovingly caress everything from salad greens to grill-bound asparagus and seafood.

COMPLEMENTS: Nicoise Salad, Light Vinaigrettes, Goat Cheese, White Asparagus, Mixed Drinks & Spritzers

IDEAS:

  • Combine with any suggested olive oil pairings for a great salad dressing.
  • Combine with Chipotle, Harissa or Porcini Mushroom & Sage olive oil for a pork or poultry marinade.
  • Serve over ice with vodka or sparkling water.
  • Use as a glaze on seafood.
  • Use in a vinaigrette to dress warm fingerling potatoes or sautéed haricot verts and sprinkle with chopped chives.
  • Drizzle over sautéed herbed zucchini.

Simple Uses

Seafood

For 1 portion or 5 oz of seafood, use 1 tbsp of Oil and 1 tbsp of Balsamic. Seal together in a container and let stand 30 minutes or longer.

Drizzle 1 tsp of White or Dark Balsamic over every one 1 cup of fresh cut fruit.
Salad

Salad

Drizzle 1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fused Olive Oil or Infused Olive Oil combined with 1 tsp of White or Dark Balsamic over single portion size salad.
Dessert

Dessert

Use 2/3 Olive Oil for every one part butter in baking. Drizzle a teaspoon of balsamic on ice cream, yogurt or cake for an added flavour shot!
Drinks

Drinks

Use 1/2 oz of Balsamic per 8 oz glass of carbonated water and/or several teaspoons of Balsamic into a 4 oz alcoholic beverage.

    For such a simple product – no flavour is added to this balsamic – it packs a powerful punch. It has a gorgeous flavour: rich, bright, complex. Absolutely beautiful paired with the Blood Orange Olive Oil for a sophisticated salad dressing.
