This fruit vinegar is both rich and velvety with a natural sweetness that projects rich, bright and sweet flavours. Pair it with Harissa or Chipotle olive oil for a sweet and spicy marinade or add it to your favourite cocktail and mango lassi. Perfect to finish gelato or vanilla ice cream.

Olive Oil Pairings: Blood Orange, Basil, Persian Lime, Garlic, Cayenne, Chipotle, Premium EVOO, Cilantro & Red Onion, Toasted Sesame Seed, Tuscan Herb, Harissa

IDEAS:

  • Combine with a spicy olive oil, diced mango, cucumbers, red onions and cilantro to make a delicious salsa.
  • Combine with Persian Lime olive oil, diced mango and fresh mint to dress seared or grilled fish.
  • For fajitas or fish tacos, combine it with Chipotle olive oil and marinate steaks or fish fillets before grilling.
  • Reduce and use it as a dipping sauce for coconut shrimp.
  • Use in your next batch of homemade mango chutney and serve with pork chops or roasted turkey breast.
  • Combine with Basil olive oil to dress an avocado salad with mango & jícama.

Simple Uses

For 1 portion or 5 oz of seafood, use 1 tbsp of Oil and 1 tbsp of Balsamic. Seal together in a container and let stand 30 minutes or longer.

Drizzle 1 tsp of White or Dark Balsamic over every one 1 cup of fresh cut fruit.
Salad

Drizzle 1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fused Olive Oil or Infused Olive Oil combined with 1 tsp of White or Dark Balsamic over single portion size salad.
Dessert

Use 2/3 Olive Oil for every one part butter in baking. Drizzle a teaspoon of balsamic on ice cream, yogurt or cake for an added flavour shot!

    This has become one of my favourite balsamic flavours. The mango flavour is so juicy and natural, it really tastes like pure tropical mango juice with the added complexity of the acidic balsamic base. Amazing for summer salads, cocktails, or as a marinade on salmon or pork.
