BASIL TOMATO:
The most popular of Favuzzi sauces: velvety crushed tomatoes are seasoned with fresh basil leaves for a delicious herbal flavour.
TUSCAN:
Made with slow-cooked, melt-in-your-mouth tomatoes, the Tuscan-style sauce also features a hint of caramelized red pepper and a touch of garlic. It could be described as the most “classic” Italian sauce, since all its aromatic notes play up the taste of fresh tomatoes in perfect harmony.
PUTTANESCA:
Hearty puttanesca-style tomato sauce contains pine nuts as well as capers and green olive pieces, giving it a flavour and fragrance that recall a blend of mustard, black pepper and lemon.
ARRABIATA:
This arrabbiata sauce’s rich candied tomato flavour quickly gives way to a spicy, peppery finish, much appreciated by hot chili aficionados.
SICILIAN:
A thick blend of crushed yellow and red bell peppers and tomatoes, complemented with chopped onion and eggplant. It’s flavour is reminiscent of both ratatouille and caponata.

For 1 portion or 5 oz of meat, use 1 tbsp of Oil and 1 tbsp of Oil Balsamic. Seal together in a container and let stand 30 minutes or longer.

Use 1 tbsp of Olive Oil for 1 cup rice to 1.5 cups water. Toss with finished pasta 1 tbsp of Olive Oil for every one cup of pasta. For roasted potatoes use 1 tbsp of Olive Oil. For 1 portion of mashed potatoes (5 pounds peeled and mashed) use 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin or Flavoured Olive Oil.
