Pleasantly piquant, this infused EVOO will add a wonderful, warm, curry influence on an array of dishes. Use with yogurt for a lamb or chicken marinade, drizzle over root vegetables for roasting, brush over corn on the grill, or even use to finish creamy soups. This oil will find it’s way into more recipes than you can imagine!

Pairings: Jalapeno, Blackberry Ginger, Bianco Honey Ginger, Peach Chocolate, Bourbon Maple, Pineapple, Sicilian Lemon, Coconut

Vegetables

Use 1 tbsp of Olive Oil and Balsamic per 1 cup of roasted or sautéed vegetables. For every 1 cup of steamed vegetables, toss on 1 tsp of Olive Oil and 1 tsp of Balsamic.
