An exceptionally fruity, balanced, and swe et vinegar made from Moscatel Fino wine and matured using the Spanish solera method, our Moscatel Red Wine Vinegar hails from Jerez, Spain, and has a 6% acidity grade.
We recommend using it for finishing seafood salads, butter lettuce, or fruit -based desserts.
For 1 portion or 5 oz of meat, use 1 tbsp of Oil and Balsamic. Seal together in a container and let stand 30 minutes or longer.
