Our Champagne Vinegar hails from the Ardenne region of France. This elegant wine vinegar introduces a touch of crisp, creamy, acidity to many vinaigrettes, marinades, and sauces. Use in beurre blanc or to brighten up other butter based sauces, homemade mayo or aioli, pickling, and preserving! Excellent when paired with a medium single varietal, Herbes de Provence Infused EVOO, Garlic Infused EVOO, Milanese Gremolata Infused EVOO, Rosemary Agrumato EVOO, or Leek Agrumato EVOO.

For 1 portion or 5 oz of seafood, use 1 tbsp of Oil and 1 tbsp of Balsamic. Seal together in a container and let stand 30 minutes or longer.

Drizzle 1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fused Olive Oil or Infused Olive Oil combined with 1 tsp of White or Dark Balsamic over single portion size salad.

Use 1/2 oz of Balsamic per 8 oz glass of carbonated water and/or several teaspoons of Balsamic into a 4 oz alcoholic beverage.
