Barrel Aged Apple Cider Vinegar with ‘Mother’
Our Barrel Aged Apple Cider Vinegar with ‘Mother’ is made of 100% Italian Annurca apples, harvested in the south of Italy.
Native to Southern Italy, ‘Annurca’ apples are firm and crunchy. They have a white pulp, a sweet aroma, and a pleasantly acidic taste. This apple cultivar is a very important fruit in the Neapolitan cuisine, is listed on the Ark of Taste as a unique local cultural and traditional slow food, and enjoys Protected Geographical Indication status within the European Union under the label “PGI Melannurca”
For 1 portion or 5 oz of seafood, use 1 tbsp of Oil and 1 tbsp of Balsamic. Seal together in a container and let stand 30 minutes or longer.
Drizzle 1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fused Olive Oil or Infused Olive Oil combined with 1 tsp of White or Dark Balsamic over single portion size salad.
Use 1/2 oz of Balsamic per 8 oz glass of carbonated water and/or several teaspoons of Balsamic into a 4 oz alcoholic beverage.
